Rodeo: TLC Quarter Horses September Rodeo

Date: September 30, 2023
Time: 10:00 am and 1:00 pm
Contestant Meeting: 9:00 am
Where: TLC Quarter Horses, 5677 3rd Line, Hillsburgh, ON
Entry Date: Monday September 18, 2023 to Saturday September 23, 2023 | ENTRIES CLOSED |
Details:
**You MUST have the membership form and waiver signed, NOTARIZED and uploaded to the membership portal.  Your entries will not be accepted if your membership is not complete prior to the event. No memberships will be accepted on the day of the event. 
Please refer to the information package under membership forms for more info. Late entries are subject to a $20 late fee.
Notes: Entries MUST be prepaid.
 

9:00 am: OHSRA Contestant/Team Meeting
10:00 am: OHSRA Rodeo #1
Lunch Break [one hour]
1:00 pm : Rodeo #2 [Main Arena] and OLB Rodeo [Lawn, Pole Bending and Barrel Racing integrated into OHSRA Rodeo in Main Arena]

 

 

Rodeo: TLC Quarter Horses October Rodeo

Date: October 14, 2023
Time: 9:00 am and 2:00 pm  NOTE: NEW START TIME FIRST RODEO 9AM
Contestant Meeting: 8:00 am  Grandstand - NO horses
Where: TLC Quarter Horses, 5677 3rd Line, Hillsburgh, ON
Entry Date: Monday October 2, 2023 to Saturday October 7, 2023 | ENTRIES CLOSED|

Ensure that you receive a confirmation email from the entry system to know your entry went through. Payment due October 7, 2023 or entry will not be accepted unless other arrangements have been made. 

Details:

Rodeo: Ancaster Fall Rodeo

Date: November 11  & 12, 2023
Times: Rodeo # 1 Saturday November 11th at 2PM  Rodeo # 2 Sunday November 12th at 9am- NOTE NEW START TIMES

Contestant Meeting: Saturday November 11th at 12:30PM
Where: Ancaster Fairgrounds - Ag & Event Center 630 Trinity Road S. Jerseyville, ON
Entry Date: Monday October 30 2023 to Saturday November 4, 2023 | ENTRIES CLOSED |

Details:

Stalls are available (on entry form) on Friday and Saturday night.  Move in Friday after 9:30PM.  Available on Entry Form.  

RV hookups (electrical) are also available for Friday and Saturday night. Available on Entry Form.

Must be pre-booked on entry form. 

 

Rodeo: OHSRA Clinton Spring Fling Rodeo

Date: April 20, 2024
Time: 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
Contestant Meeting: 9:00 am
Where: REACH Centre, 169 Beech Street, Clinton, Ontario
Entry Date: Monday April 8, 2024 to Saturday April 13, 2024 | ENTRIES CLOSED|

Contestant Meeting: Saturday May 25 10am for JH & HS
Where: TLC Quarter Horses, 5677 3rd Line, Hillsburgh, ON
Entry Date: Monday May 13, 2024 to Saturday May 18, 2024 ONLY | ENTRIES CLOSED|
Details:
**You MUST have an active membership and have competed in one provincial rodeo in order to enter finals.

Rodeo: National Junior High Finals Rodeo
